Btw, for this style, please make sure that your have the latest graphics card driver installed.

The instructions to install the latest graphics card driver are as follow:

1) Via Windows
a) Right click "My Computer" and choose "Manage";
b) In System Tools-> Device Manager, double click on your "Display adapters";
c) Click Driver tab;
d) Click Update Driver;
e) Select "Search automatically for updates..." and Next.

2) From intel download center if you using built-in graphics unit
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

3) From your graphics card vendor's website.
  • ATI driver download
  • NVidia driver download

Please note that this style's preview is quite complicated to render to your screen, and you may experience some jerkiness. However, the saved muvee will play back just fine!

I am having trouble with kinetic and have been working with patrick on this. I noticed I can render my video in plain vanill just fine, but when I go to do it in Kinetic it fails making muvee around 9-15%. I have updated my graphics driver. Any help would be appreciated. This kinetic format is awesome for what I like to create. Is there something I am missing. I am running vista 64 bit. Quad core AMD phenom so speed and memory shouldn't be a problem. I did download a the trial version and then bought the keycode for Reveal 8. Would this be the problem.
Thanks,
Lee

The style, each time a slideshow/video is created will it be a "different" layout? Or will all shows have the same transitions in the same order?

Thanks :D

The effect sequence will be the same every time you re-make the muvee with the same set of material. You may choose other sequences in the style parameter.
