MP4 not supported format

I am using muvee autoProducer 6.0.20.10 (build 1455). I get many MP4 files created by Nokia N73 and N91. When I add the mp4 files in autoProducer, there is an error about format not support. I checked on the knowledge base that mp4 format is supported but problem may be due to the CODEC used. However, it does not mention how the problem can be fixed. Does anyone has any idea?

Try installing QuickTime from:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

Thanks for your reply. I installed the Quicktime but still get the same error. Attached is one of the mp4 files (zipped) for reference .

Hi All
I get exactly the same error with version 6. in Reveal it loads no problem but the audio skips in the video part.
I would use Reveal but it does not have a Kids birthday style to use.
Please Help us all

Help. I am experiencing the same issue with muvee Reveal build 1950, and my Sony Cybershot H20 only saves video clips in the MPG4 format.

OK. I finally figured out a solution. First of all, DON'T assume you have the latest version of muvee Reveal if you use the auto update checker from the help menu. I ran the checker a half dozen times in the last 3 days and it said I had the latest build (which my build was 1950). I read in another thread that the updater wasn't working so I went to the muvee site and reluctantly downloaded the latest version. I say reluctantly because it appeared i was going to overwrite my key purchase with the 15 day trial version. Anyway, the download worked, its the latest version, and it supports the MPG-4 format and I can now use MPG-4 files in my muvees.

Oops. HELP. I just got an email saying "thanks for trying the 15-dday free trial. Is this version going to stop working in 15 days? I probably have my old product key somewhere from my 1950 build, but then again, I'm terrible at keeping track of that stuff.
