Music stops to early/Created movie too long + support 25 fps

Postby martijnbeuker on Thu Oct 13, 2011 9:16 am

Hi,
I have created a movie with photos and videos an some mp3s as background music. The problem is that the music ends too soon or the movie is too long. I have tried all sorts of combination: fixed time , length of total music but the problem remains the same. Ca 30 sec at the end the music fades out en the last photos and credit-screen is without music.
The video sound seems to be in sync (so that's not the problem).
I think muvee calculates something wrong here.

Also when will the European 25 fps be fully supported? All my vids are in 25fps (or 50fps). Or might this be the problem of the above situation?

Finally I have lot of problems with saving the movie. Only some options work, most of them crashes or sound is not there or quality is very poor (not recocognisable).
I work with Muvee8 on a 64bit Win7 i7 with 8 GB and 1 TB and nVidea

Regards, Martijn

Hi martijnbeuker,

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems using our software and we would like to help and work on your issue. We would like to study more on your issue so that we can fix it. May we know what is the muvee Reveal version, build label and build number? (from muvee Reveal main screen, click 'Help' -> 'about muvee Reveal')

Also, we want to know your project settings and then send us your muvee Reveal project file( to save a project file, click on 'File' select 'Save Project As') Please email me at patrick at muvee dot com and attach the project file. Thanks in advance! And again, my sincere apologies that you're having problems with our product.
