Postby tiahbell on Sun Nov 20, 2011 11:21 am

Hi i am a new user and just downloaded the christmas style pack. In the 'presents' style preview, there is a colour swirling transition - this is not working for me. Any ideas??? Am I just not turning this option on??? Thanks heaps

Hi tiahbell,

May we know what is the muvee Reveal version, build label and build number? (from muvee Reveal main screen, click 'Help' -> 'about muvee Reveal'). Also, please drop me an at patrick at muvee dot com. Thanks!

Hi tianhbell,

Thanks for reporting this. There is a problem in the style code which affects some users. We will be issuing a style update to address this problem in the next few days.
