Problems Saving HD Files ... Panasonic HDC-TM900

Hi,
I had sent numerous support requests for an ongoing problem for the past 6 months approximately so trying this forum.

I have a Panasonic HDC TM900 Video Camera ... initially, I had Muvee Reveal 8 ... and it would not process/save AVCHD files. I sent in Log files, and at some point, it seemed to help but then ran into problems again.

Not hearing from anyone over the past few weeks (sent in additional support assistance and got message that my request was being sent to technician) ... I just upgraded to Reveal X, hoping that this new version would have this fixed.

Again, the lastes version of Reveal X ... does not process from Panasonic HDC TM900.

Can you anyone please help?

Hi Patrick,
I sent a message that we had tried to upgrade to Muvee Reveal X to see if this would fix the problem, but it did not.

In installing, it indicated needing to do a cleanup, so the bug tracker seems to be uninstalled now. I sent a message asking if there was a bug software tracker/log system but have not heard back.
