Muvee 8 will not save movie in any format crashes

PLEASE HELP I've been working with your program for over a week now trying to make a Memorial of my mother who I lost a little over a year ago at the young age of 50. I was trying to take her pictures and her songs ( she was a singer) and make a movie to share with her mom and my siblings. I'm using 130 pictures and 4 songs. I make the movie and it previews great, but when I go to save the movie no matter what format it crashes at 5%. I was soo trying to get this done by christmas and I only have 3 days to get it fixed PLEASE i NEED YOUR HELP. I have sent several tickets in the last three days with no response. Refer to (Ticket Number [DQC-11969-167] )
This is the only movie I'm wanting to make so I borrowed a friends copy its Muvee Reveal 8
