I am not receiving any help for my issues. Patrick and I had two sessions which included reinstalling what had not worked, but never got feedback on burning a disk, can't get the movie to conect to the cloud, etc. It has been several weeks and still NOTHING! I have the build number and was going to contact you tonight but now an error message says muvee reveal will have to be reinstalled,,,there is a "corrupt" issue. I am at the point of wanting my money back for the program (which I loved 6 years ago), the premium upgrade and the full set of styles as they seem to have not downloaded at all.. I don't have the money to throw away on a "maybe movie"...I have made 4 since Thanksgiving and not a one of them has shared properly. Please post a number where you can actually halp me or email me on a site that we can communicate over, or give me my money back. I have never had this much trouble getting customer support on other sites. My suggestion is to be prompt in getting back to the problems at hand or your business cannot stand this kind of customer frustration!
