Reveal X Video Problem

Hi all I just upgraded today from Reveal 8 to version X. I like Muvee Reveal but with version 8 I had this problem where it wouldnt always load as I got an unexpcted error occurred or something so the program would maybe work after a pc restart. So when going to try it today saw the new version and thought I'll get the latest one but now I have problems with this. I have made a video using video and pictures. But when I play it the pics are fine but the video has pink and green vertical stripes/lines across it. Ive never experienced this before and I just updated my Graphic card driver incase it was that but the problem is still there. The videos I use are in mov format from a TZ7 panasonic camera. Hope you can help me thanks. Peter.

I just tried one of my old videos I created in reveal 8 that I also have uploaded to youtube and after analyzing and playing it there was the same problem. I dont know why these videos worked with the old software but not this newer version. I have made a screen capture of the problem if there was somewhere I could post or show it you may get a better Idea of what I'm experiencing.

Hi Patrick thanks for your help. I have sent a screen shot to your address hopefully and not via a private message on this forum hope thats right. Ive tried one or two clips from a concert I have and those ones worked ok.

It's funny that despite great effort from staff no cause fir this problem or solution was ever found. I upgraded to Reveal 11 from X last night and sadly the problem still exists even though the video I use now is from another camera a Nikon DSLR albeit the same video format.

Still my only workaround is to use some video conversion software to convert videos to another format before I import them into nicer. Obviously this takes longer if you have for eg 48 sections of video and you may be losing video quality each time you convert. Peter.
