I'm trying to update but Im getting errors.

Postby Jennyb on Wed Nov 21, 2012 6:34 am

I opened my Muvee Reveal and it said that I had an update. When I run it I get the following errors:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'mvdl4edaf3fe.msi' in the box below.
Then it says the following: The older version of muvee Reveal Runtime cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.
What do I do?

Technical support please!!

Postby Jennyb on Sat Dec 01, 2012 12:35 am

Would someone please tell me how to get customer service!! I left sent messages and I've posted here. Can someone please help me. Anyone with muvee please feel to tell me how to get technical support. This is a good product but every single time I have a technical issue it takes months to resolve.

Muvee works fine until yesterday, when I try to "Save Muvee" it won't save, and with error message"You have to make muvee first before you can share it." even I have already made the muvee. Why, what is the fix?

Hi jfong,

Always press the 'Play' button after importing your photos, music and videos before saving the project/muvees, in that way the program will be able to analyze each entry you've made. Once you're in the saving window, you'll have an option to choose the muvees you want to save or burn. Make sure you have selected a muvee before saving or burning. If that doesn't work, please drop me an email at patrick at muvee dot com so that we can check your issue. Thanks!
