problem with christmas styles

Postby mkeelan on Mon Nov 09, 2015 2:11 pm

when I try to mske a muvee using either my presents or festive cheer and now using a Christmas style created by one of the users on here, it doesn't create properly. its seams to just repeat the first 3 or 4 pictures, sometimes at a 90 degree angle or superimposing 2 picture together. I think I have had the issue with more than these two style but its just these two snd the newer one that stick to mind given the time of year I was hoping for a fix in time for Christmas. I am using muvee reveal 11
Thanks

The issue with the photos overlapping each other is related to Intel HD graphics card. We have a workaround which will help resolve the issue. Follow the steps below to rectify the issue

1) Kindly uninstall muvee Reveal 11 and styles. To uninstall, go to 'Control Panel' and 'Programs and Features'. Please uninstall the program in the following order
- muvee Reveal 11
- muvee stylePack(if any)
- muvee Dolby Addon (if any)
- muvee Reveal Runtime

2) Download the fix from the link below :
Patch Link : ftp://muveeUserMedia:UM12oPLkadtunb9@54 ... %20Fix.zip

3) Unzip and extract the downloaded file into computer(save it to desktop)

4) Open the extracted file and run the following files
- commonmodules.msi
- product.msi

5) Launch muvee Reveal 11
