SIMPLE SCRAPBOOK: BOKEH - tell your best stories

Postby FrancisBuiza on Tue Jun 07, 2011 10:10 pm

Hello muvee Maniacs!

I have altered both BackToSchool and Journal2 folders (I'm referring to Back To School style -which is a free style for muvee Reveal- and Scrapbook style -which is bundled with muvee Reveal 8- ) and I have created "SimpleJournal[Bokeh]" folder by modifying some code and adding several different bokeh backgrounds for a new style named "Simple Scrapbook: Bokeh" that I’m sure you’ll love entirely :-)

Simple Scrapbook: Bokek Style is ideal for all of those occasions celebrated with full of colors and happiness.

It will work properly in both 16:9 and 4:3 formats.

You will be able to change the browsing speed (slow / fast), the flip style (curl / roll), the flip variation (none / max), the border transparency (transparent / opaque) and the saturation (monochrome / saturated). Optionally, you will be able to apply some nice color effect to your photos and videos.

I just wanted to share with all the entire muvee community, including muvee Maniacs user forum and fans of muvee facebook page.

Please, get the archive from the download link located below and unzip it in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\muvee Technologies\071203
(Win32 system)
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\muvee Technologies\071203
(Win64 system)

Restart/Launch your muveeReveal to use and enjoy so much ;-)

Note that some parameters have been translated using a great tool created by MrFVD called Muvee Translator

Best regards,
Francis Buiza

Hello again muvee Maniacs! ;)

I've just updated this style by re-modifying some code in 'strings.txt' and 'data.scm' files for making an improved and better version.

If you downloaded the old archive before 1st July 2011 and you want to obtain/use the new one on your muveeReveal, be so kind to go to...

C:\Program Files\Common Files\muvee Technologies\071203
(Win32 system)
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\muvee Technologies\071203
(Win64 system)

... and delete the old S10000_SimpleJournal[Bokeh] folder.

To get the new archive, please, go to the download link located in the previous post of this topic and unzip it into proper directory on your PC.

I hope you really like it :)

Does your style work with Muvee Reveal 8. If so, can you explain how I import your file to use it. Thank you!!!

Yes, it does. My style works properly with muvee Reveal 8 in both 16:9 and 4:3 formats ;)

Here are the instructions to use it:

· Firstly, be so kind to get the archive from this download link:
http://www.mediafire.com/?dz5959f73m010do

· Secondly, unzip it into proper directory on your PC (as an administrator):
C:\Program Files\Common Files\muvee Technologies\071203
(Win32 system)
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\muvee Technologies\071203
(Win64 system)

·Finally, restart and run your muvee Reveal 8 and enjoy so much. Please, note that the 'Simple Scrapbook: Bokeh' style will appear under Styles window only if you select the 'All Styles' option. By the way, you will be able to use this style in the same language as your muvee Reveal ;)

Kindest regards,
Francis Buiza

Great!!! Thanks so much, it works perfectly and I absolutely love it. I have also downloaded the kids one too. I don't know what other styles you are working on or how hard they are to create but I think that people would really use styles relating to Graduation, Hunting and Fishing and Summer Vacation. Can't wait to see more of your styles. Keep up the great work!!
